Job Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels, ensuring brand consistency in voice, tone, and visual style.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, and written content) that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a way that builds brand loyalty and enhances customer engagement.
- Organize and lead social media campaigns that align with marketing and sales objectives.
- Analyze metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media strategies; adjust and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and public relations to align social media efforts with company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven social media management experience, preferably within a corporate environment.

- Strong familiarity with major social media platforms and analytics tools.
